HOW DO I PAY?

Once I receive your order I will send you an invoice.  I prefer getting paid in cash upon pickup or delivery, but I will often include a link for paying on PayPal for your convenience. If you do not have PayPal, but wish to pay another way, contact me and we will arrange another payment method.

CAN I ORDER LESS THAN 4 ITEMS?

I have a minimum of 4 items because that makes it more worth your while. :) You can mix and match your items, such as 2 muffins and 2 cookies, which gives you a variety.   If you are worried that you can't eat 4 items, most of my bakes freeze beautifully and then can be enjoyed another day ... or maybe you can find a friend who would like to split an order with you!

CAN I ORDER FOR SATURDAY-THURSDAY?

I try to keep all my baking for Fridays at this time, so that I can balance out my other work and responsibilities.  However, if you would like to place a larger order for a dozen items or more, please contact me two weeks prior, with the special date you need something baked for and we can see what we can do! :)

CAN I ORDER OTHER THINGS THAN THIS WEEKS FLAVORS?

To streamline my baking, at this time I am offering only a limited amount of flavors at a time.  As time and demand increase I hope to add more items and bake for more days in the week.  If this weeks flavors don't fit your needs, stay tuned for new flavors coming soon! :)  If you are looking for a large quantity order for a special event, contact me for a price list of items I offer. 

 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I’m located in Bemidji, MN. This is a HOME Bakery, so I don’t have a walk-in shopfront at this time. All my baked goods are made to order and pickup is arranged at the time of the order. 

 

DO YOU DELIVER?

I do offer luxury delivery services for a flat fee of $5 within a 30 mile radius of Bemidji. Orders over $50 receive free delivery. Let me know you want this service at the time of your order!  Otherwise, you can pick up your items at my home or the designated spot in Bemidji on Friday.

DO YOU BAKE GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?

I do not bake exclusive gluten free items. Although there is a place for gluten free bakes for those with allergies, that is not my passion. I do know there is a Bemidji, MN company that does have that passion and you can check them out at: Wheatless Wonders https://wheatless-wonders.com

DO YOU BAKE ANYTHING VEGAN OR SUGAR FREE?

Vegan and sugar free baking is not my passion at all.  I seek to use high quality natural sugars and sweetners, such as natural organic cane sugar, honey, and my star ingredient: maple syrup.  I also try to minimize the amount of sugar so that my bakes are not overly sweet. DO YOU BAKE NOVELTY/THEMED/CUSTOM CAKES?

I ONLY bake the goods listed on my website each week. Novelty/themed/custom cakes and desserts have their time and place, but they are not my passion at all. DO YOU BAKE FOR WEDDINGS?

I ONLY bake the goods as listed on my website. If my style suits your wedding, then I’ll be happy to bake for your special day. Contact me for a quote. Please keep in mind that I do not add any extras like words, sprinkles, flowers or toppers; you will need to source those yourself. Also, there will be an additional $10 charge for delivery.
